Charges Other Than the Product Price
A shipping fee is charged in addition to the product price.
Shipping fees range from ¥880 (tax included) to ¥2,200 (tax included) depending on the destination. However, small items within 2cm in thickness are shipped nationwide for a flat rate of ¥385 (tax included).
Also, orders totaling ¥11,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
In general, for clear manufacturing defects reported within one week of receiving your order, we will provide a return, exchange, or partial parts replacement.
For returns made entirely for the customer's convenience, please return the item at your own expense. A refund will only be issued once we confirm that the product, including its packaging, is in resalable condition. The refund amount will be the price minus shipping and any handling fees.

Delivery Timing
In-stock items are shipped every Tuesday. If Tuesday is a national holiday, items will be shipped the following Wednesday. For backordered items, we will contact you by email as needed.
